Description
Conductor: Solid or stranded copper
Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape
Binder: Binding tape
Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Amour: Galvanized steel wire armored(SWA) or steel tape armored(STA)
Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
Operating Characteristic:
Max: short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250°C(5s maximum duration):
Cross section of conductor≤300mm2 160°C
Cross section of conductor>300mm2 140°C
The ambient temperature under installation of cable should not below 0°C
The bending radius of cable should not less than 10 times of diameter of the cable.
In Air
1, The single-core cables are paralleled laid, the distance between the cable center is 2 times diameter of the cable for cross section of conductor ≤185mm2 and 90mm for cross section of conductor≥240 mm2
2, Ambient air temperature: 40°C
3,Max.Permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 70°C
In ground
1, when the single-core cables are installed separately, the distance between the cable’s centers is 2 times diameter of the cable.
