The high-temperature controlled heating cable (self-regulating heating belt) developed by HY. It is well used in fire protection, petroleum, chemical industry, iron and steel, electric power and so on to keep pipes, tanks warm and prevent frostbite. This cable is suitable for ordinary areas, hazardous areas and corrosive areas, etc. Product type: DBW, ZBW,GBW.

SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Temperature range:
MAX maintenance temperature: 135°C, MAX Withstand temperature: 170°C, MIN operating temperature: -40°C
2. Thermal stability: After circulating for 300times from 10°Cto 99°C, cable heat is maintained at 90% and above.
3. Minimum bend radius: At 20°C: 25.4mm, At -40°C: 35.0mm
4. Insulation resistance: if cable length is 100m and thermostatic water is 75°C, testing insulation resistance is 100MΩ at least. As for shielding or explosive-proof & protective type, test for 1 min between shielding layer and conductive wire core in 2,500VDC in 20°C, insulation resistance is 1200MΩ at least.
