Product Description of welding cable 35mm

1. Application of welding cable YH 35mm:

 

The products are mainly complying with IEC 60502 standard, also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS standard, DIN standard, ASTM standard, etc.

Rated voltage:300/300V, 300/500V, 450/750Vand up to 35kV Crosssection area can be up to 400 sqmm (copper or aluminiun conductor). Conductor longtime operating temperature is 90 degrees. 

In short circuit, conductor highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees. 

 

 2.Laying conditions: 

 

 For laying under ground with large different altitude, be able to bear external machanical force and moderate pulling force.
1) rubber sheathed flexible mine cable: 

 

A) rubber sheathed, flexible coal cutter cables. 
B) screened, rubber sheathed, flexible cutter cables. 
C) electric drill cables for mine. 
D) rubber sheathed, moveable and flexible mine cables.

C) medium duty rubber sheathed flexible cables.

3.Structure of copper welding cable

Conductor : Bare annealed copper flexible conductor.  Tinned Cooper 

Insulation: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC Copolymer (TP-90,met RoHS) or Rubber Material 

Sheath: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC Copolymer (TP-90,met RoHS) or Rubber Material 

• Choice of Black, Orange, Red or Yellow Blue jacket, single & double insulated.
• SQ MM sizes (European style) 10 sq mm to 240 sq mm 
• AWG sizes (North American style)  6 Awg to 500 MCM
• With sequential  foot / meter marking
• Wide temperature range: -55°C to 105°C

4.Using Features :

Silicon rubber insulation and flat cable

The working temperature of cable conductor is equivalent to insulation materials;

 

The minimum bending radius of cable:non-shield type cale is 6D;shield type is 8D

The environment temperature for laying cable is below 0oC ,ordinary type cable, the bending radius is not less than 6 times of the thickness of cable, shield-type,the bending radius is not less than 10 times of the thickness of calbe

The minimum bending radius of cable should be not less than 6 times of cable diameter.

The highest working temperature of the cable conductor should be not more than 80oC

 

The working environmental temperature of cable should be not lower than-40oC

 

 

Radio Installation Cable  

 

 

The long term working temperature is 65oC;

 

The bending radius for the laying cable should be not less than 10 times of its diameter.

 

 

Light-type rubber sheath flexible cable

The long term working temperature of cable should be not more than 65oC;

W-type derived cable has climate-resistant and certain oil-resistant properties , so it is suitable for outdoors or occasions with oily;The minimum bending radius of cable should be not less than 6D(D is the diameter)
