1, Application

           Superflex welding cable for welding machine and also applied to power or electrical household appliances and a variety of mobile or electrical devices and tools with AC rated voltages of Uo / U 450/750V and below.

           This welding cable is used to power the secondary circuit of electric welding generators, the circuit that controls the electrode that emits the charge used to weld. While welding cable is not meant to be part of any other system, it has a history of being used for public lighting arrangements.

2, Construction

–Conductor: Flexible Bare annealed copper wire or Tinned Copper wire

–Insulation: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC or Rubber Material or EPR

–Sheath: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC or Rubber Material  or CSP

Choice of Black, Orange, Red or Yellow Blue jacket, single & double insulated.

SQ MM sizes (European style) 10 sq mm to 240 sq mm

AWG sizes (North American style) 6 Awg to 500 MCM

With sequential foot / meter marking

Wide temperature range: -55°C to 105°C

3, Packing

.In rolls for cables with cross section<10mm, wooden or iron drums for heavy cable in large quantity;
