Hongda Single Aluminum Conductor xlpe insulation Building Wire is designed for direct earth burial (with protection as required by the inspecting authority). For service entrance above or below ground.

The minimum recommended installation temperature is minus 40°C (with suitable handling procedures). Maximum conductor temperature is 90°C.

• Conductor: Single aluminum Conductor
• Insulation:  The insulation is a low coefficient of friction, abrasion, moisture, and heat resistant thermoset cross-linked polyethylene.
• Standard colours are available in black, white, red, blue and green.

Aluminum Conductor xlpe insulation Building Wire Surface:

• 60 °C – When terminated to equipment for circuits rated 100 amperes or less or marked for 14 through 1 AWG conductors.
• 75 °C – When terminated to equipment for circuits rated over 100 amperes or marked for conductors larger than 1 AWG.
• 90 °C – XHHW wet or dry locations for ampacity adjustment purposes using NEC section 310.15 .
