Application

The aerial bundle ABC Cable  is widely used in 0.6/1kV power distribution lines. It consists of aluminium conductor and XLPE sheath. Service drop wire usually has 1, 2 or 3 phase cores plus 1 bare neutral core.

 
Construction:
1. Phase core conductor: AAC

2. Phase core insulation: XLPE

3. Neutral core: XLPE Insulated AAC, AAAC & ACSR

4. Lighting core: AAC/XLPE

5. No. of cores: duplex, triplex and quadruplex

6. Phase core identification: ribs

7. Rated voltage: 600/1000V

1. 100% inspection of raw materials entering the market.

2. Self-inspection of workers and sampling inspection of quality inspection departments of each process in the production process.

3. Final inspection of finished products.

4. Regular maintenance and inspection of machines and equipment

5. Regular validation of test equipment.

6. Workers learn and improve regularly.

1) Packing length:100 to 1,000m reeled in carton drum or according to customers' requirement.
2) Outer packing: wooden case, carton box.
3) Other packing requirement according to client's request.
