ABC Service Drop

A. Applications

Primarily used for overhead service drop applications such as street lighting, outdoor lighting and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltages of 600v phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75℃ for polyethylene(PE) insulated conductors or 90℃ cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

B. Service drop cable meets or exceeds the following specifications:

a. Aluminum wire, 1350H-19 for Electric Purposes.

b. Aluminum Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.

c. Aluminum Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced(ACSR)

d. Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors

f. Service drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/IEC S-76-474.

1. 100% inspection of raw materials entering the market.

2. Self-inspection of workers and sampling inspection of quality inspection departments of each process in the production process.

3. Final inspection of finished products.

4. Regular maintenance and inspection of machines and equipment

5. Regular validation of test equipment.

6. Workers learn and improve regularly.

1) Packing length:100 to 1,000m reeled in carton drum or according to customers' requirement.
2) Outer packing: wooden case, carton box.
3) Other packing requirement according to client's request.
