Introduction of overhead insulated cable

Our overhead insulated cable have formed a system, such as single core, two-core, three-core and four-core. We can manufacture the overhead insulated cable not only in accordance with China's standard GB12527-90 but also the other standards and special requirement by the customers. 

Cable's characteristics

1)  Rated voltage U:10kV

2) Installing temperature should not be below -20⁰C.

3) Max.temperature when short circuit (Max.continuous time not more than 5sec):XLPE insulation 250⁰C

4) Max.admissible long -time operating temperature to conductor :Max.admissible long -time operating temperature to the insulation of cable with loading structure:XLPE insulation 900C, High-density PE insulation 75⁰C

Application

Primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting, outdoor lighting, and temporary service for construction. 

Service drop cable meets or exceeds the following specifications

1. Aluminum Wire ,1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes

2. Aluminum Conductor , Concentric-Lay-Stranded.

3. Aluminum Conductor , Concentric-Lay-Stranded,Coated Steel Reinforced(ACSR)

4. Concentric-Lay-Stranded6201-T81Conductors

5.Service drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76- 474.
