1. Description
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cable not only has excellent electric, mechanical properties, but also powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat aging and environmental stress. Its structure is simple. The long term operating temperature is 90degree. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.
Cable structure: Copper or Aluminum or Aluminum Alloy conductor, semi-conducting conductor shield 0.6mm, XLPE insulation 4.5mm, semi-conducting insulation shield 0.7mm, copper wire screen,copper tape screen, PVC inner sheath + aluminum wire or aluminum alloy wire 6201 armoured, PVC or PE or HDPE outer jacket.
Single core (The armored layer should be non-magnetic material).
2. Application
For laying indoor, tunnel, underground and canal. Able to bear external mechanical forces.
3. Manufacture standard
Manufactured according to IEC60502 , ICEA S-93-639 , ICEA-S-66-524, BS6622 , or other international standard.
