Application and description

Suitable for electronic computers and automation instruments with high requirements for anti-interference at a rated voltage of 500V and below. According to the requirements of different environments and equipment, cable insulation can be made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene, fluoroplastics, silicone rubber and other materials.

Between the core and the core of the cable, and between the core and the shield or other metal layer, it should withstand 50Hz the AC voltage of 2000V / 1min or 1500V / 5min and will not break down.

Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good withstand voltage, small dielectric coefficient and low dielectric loss temperature and variable frequency. It can not only meet the transmission performance requirements, but also ensure the service life of the cable.

In order to reduce mutual crosstalk and external interference between the loops, the cable needs to use a shielding structure. The shielding materials include tinned or non-tinned copper wire, copper tape, copper-plastic composite tape, aluminum-plastic composite tape, etc., where the metal tape is produced by wrapping, the coverage rate should usually be not less than 15%, but the specific standard has special Regulations, such as TICW / 06 stipulate that the coverage rate of shielding metal tape should be not less than 25%; the metal wire is woven production method, and the braid coverage should not be less than 80%

The shielding requirements of the cable are adopted according to different occasions: sub-shielding (only for the twisted group, each twisted group), total shielding (the cable only has a layer of total shielding after the cable core is formed), sub-shielding Total shielding (including both structures above). According to the higher requirements of users and occasions, the total shielding structure can adopt a composite shielding method, that is, it contains two layers of shielding, which is composed of metal tape wrapping + metal wire braiding.

Minimum bending radius: unarmored structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, with armor or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than the outer diameter
