1. How long does it take to get the quotation?
Within 48 hours after we get your inquiry. Call us immediately if it is urgent.
2. Do you supply sample?
Yes. It is free for less than 1 meter sample. But buyer should cover the cost of transportation.
3. How long can I get the sample?
Samples will be ready for delivery within 3 days after we confirm your freight payment. Samples would arrive within 3~5 days via express.
Note: You can aslo use your own express account.
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the order shcedule. Normally the production begins within 7 days after we receive the deposit. So for 10,000 meters of wires and cables, it takes 14-21 days for production.
