1.Product Description

Overhead insulated cable may be installed in the streets with dense trees close to the buildings,site of urban construction and lead to transformer.Using this cable,it is unnecessary to prune the branches,so that reduce the across and parallel distance of the cable.It is convenient to install.It can reduce accidents of electric shock and power failure causing by circuit troubles.To guarantee supplying of electric power for industry production and resident’s safety.It is especially suitable for an old city,which has densely buildings,densely population and narrow streets.

2.Application

ABC cable(aerial bundled cable)primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting,outdoor lighting ,and temporary service for construction.To be used at voltage of 600V phase -to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75℃ for polyethylene insulated conductor or 90℃ for crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

4.Characteristics

Rated voltage U0/U 0.6/1KV

Max. Admissible long-time operating temperature to conductor:PVC or PE insulation should not exceed 70℃ XLPE insulation should not exceed 90℃.

Installing temperature should not be below -20℃.

Admissible bending radius to cable :when overall-diameter(D)is less than 25mm,it should be not less than 4D,when overall-diameter (D) is 25mm or more,it should be not less than 6D.

Our electrical cable export packing is specially made to ensure that the quality of the products will be not affected during the transportation. Our electrical cable is using electrical cable wheel for the packing, the wheel can be all steel, steel frame and fumigated wood, or fumigated wooden cases. We are using different packing for different length of the cable, to ensure there  will be no problem during the delivery of the products.

      1. If the diameter of the wheel is longer than 2 meters, we are using all steel wheel to pack the products

      2. If the diameter of the wheel is between 1.4meters to 1.8meters, we are using steel frame and fumigated wood to pack the products.

      3. If the diameter of the wheel is less than 1.4meters, we will use the fumigated wooden wheel to pack the products

      4. For the packing of the electrical wires and small quantity of cables, we will use the fumigated wooden box to pack.
