1. Brief Introduction about Silicone Rubber Cable

The silicon rubber insulated and sheathed power cable takes advantages of extruded tubing technique which improves many properties of our product, such as reliability, water proof property, resistance to acid, alkali, aging, radiance, corrosive gas as well as low temperature, etc. Meanwhile, it also offers stable performance under high temperature, and it is widely applied for harsh environment.

7. Qualification about Silicone Rubber Cable 

1. The DC resistance of R type conductor meets the requirements of GB 3956.
2. The insulation resistance at 20℃ is not lower than 100MΩ•km.
3. The finished product is able to pass the voltage withstand test without breakdown, and the test condition is AC 50Hz, 3.5kV, 5 minutes.

This silicon rubber insulated and sheathed power cable is suitable for fixed power transmission and portable electrical apparatus whose rated voltage is 0.6/1kV AC or lower. This product is soft, and it allows convenient laying as well as long service life.
