Introduction of overhead insulated cable                                                                             

Our overhead insulated cable have formed a system, such as single core, two-core, three-core and four-core. There are conductors of aluminum, copper or aluminum conductors steel-reinforced. We can manufacture the overhead insulated cable not only in accordance with China's standard GB12527-90 but also the other standards and special requirement by the customers.

Cable's characteristics                                                                                                           

1)  Rated voltage U:10kV

2) Installing temperature should not be below -20⁰C.

3) Max.temperature when short circuit (Max.continuous time not more than 5sec):XLPE insulation 250⁰C

4) Admissible bending radius to cable should be not less than 20(d+D ±5%mm. Where:D-real overall diameter of cable (mm). d-real diameter of conductor (mm)

Application                                                                                                                               

Primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting, outdoor lighting, and temporary service for construction. To be used at voltage of 600V pahse-to -pahse or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 750C for polyethylene insulated conductor or 900C for crossliked polyethlene (XLPE) insulated conductors.
