Used as connecting cable, as measuring, checking and control cable in machine tool manufacturing, plant engineering and on assembly lines and production lines to meet stringent safety requirements.  Suitable for fixed installation or flexible applications with unrestricted mobility without forced movement control and without exposure to tensile load.  installation in dry and moist rooms; outdoor installation not permitted.

Power control cable with steel wire braiding. Suitable for fixed installation or flexible applications. Used as measuring, checking and control cable in machine tool manufacturing, plant engineering, air conditioning systems, office equipment, data processing systems and on assembly lines and product lines. Can also be used as energy or connecting cable in dry and moist rooms to meet safety requirements. Due to the galvanised steel wire braiding, these cables can even be used under adverse operating conditions or when exposed to high mechanical strain.

This zero halogen low smoke control cable is used as a measuring, control and signal cable for the machine tool industry, plant construction, heating and air conditioning etc. Where there is a requirement for low smoke zero halogen flexible cable to minimise the risk from smoke and toxic fumes, and are particularly suitable when a flexible cable is required between fixed and mobile equipment.

These Halogen Free control cables are suitable for electrical installations in dry and damp interiors and outdoors if UV protection and temperature ranges are observed.  It is suitable as a measurement, sensing and control cable in the machine tool manufacturing, engineering, power stations, heating and air conditioning installations, refrigeration and date processing installations.

Benefits

The halogen free control cables are oil resistant (SEV TP 20B), widely resistant against chemicals, rough but extremely flexible.  The materials are flame retardant and self extinguishing according to IEC 60 332.1, IEC 60 332.2, IEC 60 332.3.

  • The amount of gas and smoke produced is very low (IEC 61034-1).
  • No corrosive substances or gases will be released
  • Used in all areas where fire hazards and / or many people or high property values are concentrated
  • In the event of fire very low corrosive values only are measured in the conflagration gases (IEC 60 754-2) and lack of halogen in the materials (In accordance to IEC 60 754-1) prevent the formation of poisonous gases, dioxins and furanes
  • Considerable damage to human life, the environment, building and installations are avoided
