Application:

 Suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed installation  

Operating Characteristics:

*Max.short-circuit temperature of conductor shall not exceed(5s maximum duration):

Cross-section of conductor ≤300mm2  160°C;

Cross-section of conductor > 300mm2  140 °C .

*The ambient temperature under installation of cable should not below 0 °C .

*The bending radius of cable should not less than 10 times of diameter of the cable.

(1).The long-time permissible operation temperature of conductor shall not be higher than 70°C.
(2).Conductor maximum short circuit(not more than 5 seconds)temperature shall not be higher than 160 °C .
(3).The power cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 °C .
(4).Perfect chemical stability,resistant against acids,alkalis,grease and organic solvents, and flame.
(5).Light weight,perfect bending properties,installed and maintained easily and conveniently.

We provide armoured type and non-armored type for the power cables above.

Operating conditon when cable laying

in Air

1.The single-core cables are paralled laid,the distance between the cable center is 2 times diameter of the csble for cross section of conductor ≤ 185mm² and 90mm for cross section of conductor ≥240mm².

2.Ambient air temperature:40 °C

3.Max.permissible continuous opesating temperature of conductor:70 °C

Direct in ground

1.When the single-core cables are installed seperately,the distance between the cables center is 2 times diameter of the cable

2.Solid temperature :25°C

3.Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor:70 °C

4.Solid thermal resistivity:10 °Cm/w
