Application:
Medium voltage power cable are used for power networks, underground, outdoors and in cable ducting of 35KV or below power distribution line.
Construction of medium voltage cable:
Conductor: Stranded round compacted copper conductor (Cu), copper wire annealed or aluminum
Conductor Screen: Semi-conducting material
Insulation: XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
Insulation Screen: Semi-conducting material
Metallic Screen:Copper tape screen CTS; copepr wire screen(CWS)
Filler: PP rope
Separator: Binding tape
Bedding tape
Armour(optinal): Aluminum wire armour(AWA), galvanized steel wire armour(SWA); steel tape armour(STA)
Sheath:PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), flame retardant PVC, PE, LSOH, HFFR

This range of medium voltage power cables manufactured in accordance to VDE 0276-620, HD 620 and DIN EN 60228 class 2 is available with the following voltage rating:
6/10 (12)kV – Test Voltage 21kV
12/20 (24)kV – Test Voltage 42kV
18/30 (36)kV – Test Voltage 63kV
Some of this cable's properties, such as the flexibility of its conductor, facilitate the N2XSY's installation, even on challenging routes and in difficult conditions. It can be manipulated and installed in ambient temperatures ranging between -5oC and +70oC.

- A: Our electrical cable is using electrical cable wheel for the packing, the wheel can be all steel, steel frame and fumigated wood, or fumigated wooden cases. We are using different packing for different length of the cable, to ensure there will be no problem during the delivery of the products.
