Applications:

Stranded 1350 aluminum conductors:

Class AA: for bare conductors usually used in overhead lines.

Class A: for conductors to be covered with weather-resistant materials and for bare conductors where greater flexibility is required.

Construction:

Aluminum alloy 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded.

Specifications:

AAC bare conductors meet or exceed the following ASTM specifications:

B-230 aluminum wires, 1350-H19 for electrical purpose

B-231 aluminum conductors, concentrically lay-stranded

B-400 compact round concentric-lay-stranded aluminum 1350 conductors

1. 100% inspection of raw materials entering the market.

2. Self-inspection of workers and sampling inspection of quality inspection departments of each process in the production process.

3. Final inspection of finished products.

4. Regular maintenance and inspection of machines and equipment

5. Regular validation of test equipment.

6. Workers learn and improve regularly.

1) Packing length:100 to 1,000m reeled in carton drum or according to customers' requirement.
2) Outer packing: wooden case, carton box.
