Long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor ≤90°C
Highest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): cable conductor≤ 250°C
The laying temperature should over 0℃,Permissible bending radius of cable:for single core unarmored cable, should be no less than 20 times of it’s outer diameter ; for single-core armored cable and multicore unarmored cable, should be no less than 15 times of it’s outer diameter, for multi-core armored cable, should be no less than 12 times of it’s outer diameter
The product is applicable for AC 50 Hz transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV . Laid indoors, and in tunnels, pipelines(include cable duct), and can not bear external mechanical forces.
The alloy power cables make up for the shortcomings of the pure aluminum cables in the past. Although the electrical conductivity of the cables is not improved, the bending performance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance are greatly improved, and the cables can be continuously maintained under long-term overload and overheating. Stable performance, using AA-8030 series aluminum alloy conductor, can greatly improve the aluminum alloy cable conductivity, high temperature resistance, while solving the pure aluminum conductor, creep and other issues.
