Aerial cable (full name of overhead insulated cable) is a kind of special cable which is made with insulation layer and protective outer layer. It is a new transmission mode between overhead wire and underground cable. The overhead cable is single core, according to its structure, it can be divided into hard aluminum wire structure, hard drawing copper wire structure, aluminum alloy wire structure, steel core or aluminum alloy core support structure and self-supporting three-core grain structure (wire core can be hard aluminum or hard copper wire), etc. It has the main characteristics of high reliability, good safety, convenient installation and maintenance, reasonable economy and so on. The main technical parameters include weathering resistance, insulation level, inner and outer semi-conductive shielding layer. Overhead cables are widely used in transmission at home and abroad.

1. There is a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, all of the product drawing will be approved by CSBTS (State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision), and then the cable could be produced only if qualified.

2. To ensure the raw materials quality, all the copper are special-used for cable with the Inspection Certificates. The raw material is inspected when entering factory, and only the qualified material could be put in storage and used for production.

3. To ensure the product quality, there is a professional high level quality laboratory, most of the key technology date will be checked by high precision instrument.

1) Packing length:100 to 1,000m reeled in carton drum or according to customers' requirement.
2) Outer packing: wooden case, carton box.
3) Other packing requirement according to client's request.
