1. Application:

The 1.8/3kv power cable can be used for laying indoor, tunnel, underground and canal.

As there are many aluminium minerals in and around our city, the price of our aluminium cables is very competitive.

2. Performance Characteristics:

  The max conductor temperature for PVC insulation is 70 degree; 

  The max conductor temperature for XLPE insulation is 90 degree;

3. Constructure:

Conductor: the conductor is the style 1 or 2 of IEC 60228, the bare annealed copper wire or metallized                                     annealed copper wire, or bare aluminium wire or aluminium alloy wire; or the style 5 for the                                 electric power cable 0.6/1kv lower voltage;

Insulation material: (1) thermoplasticity material:PVC ( polyvinyl chloride)   max condutor temperature 70C

                              (2) thermoset material: XLPE ( crosslinked polyethylene)  max condutor temperature 90C

inner covering and filler: for the 1.8/3kv, the extruding and wrapping can both be used for inner covering layer.

                                      if it's multi-core cable, it need to be filled full before wrapping;

                                      The binder tape can be used before extruded inner covering layer.

Metallic layer: the metallic layer can be optional for the 0.6/1kv elctric power cable

Metallic armour: The round or steel/aluminium wire or tape can all be used for armouring layer according to different application.
