LSF, LSZH crosslinked polyolefin insulated control cables

Application:  Subway, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theaters, power plants, chemical factories, city squares and other public utilities, which have high requirements about the flame-retardant propertie occasion

Advantage:  LSZH cables, low smoke low halogen characteristics, when a fire occurs, slow the spread, low smoke density, high visibility, harmful gas emissions small, easy evacuation. Combustion gas is less corrosive, but also to avoid damage to equipment, low-halogen, halogen-free, which makes the cable materials greatly enhance the anti-aging and resistance to ultraviolet radiation and other properties, thus extending the life of the cable.

Long-term temperature:  -20℃-90℃,-40℃-105℃

Recommended bending radius: non-armored cable should be not less than 6 times the cable diameter, armored cable or copper shielding structure should be not less than 12 times the cable diameter.

Mean Qualification: 

1.  Cable should withstand the ambient temperature frequency voltage test 3kV, 5min no breakdown.

2.  Transmittance of the cable should meet the following

3.  Does not extend to flammable cable (flame retardant properties): GB12666.5-90 class B bunched burning test should be adopted. Single wire or cable vertical burning test should be adopted GB12666.2-90

4.  Halogen acid gas emissions, in line with IEC 754-1.

5.  Combustion gas PH value and conductivity, in line with IEC 754-2 PH≥4.3 conductivity ≤10μS / mm.

 

LSZH wire characteristics:
(1) tensile strength than ordinary PVC wire and large: Usually PVC wire tensile strength greater than 1.05Kgf / mm2, while LSZH wire tensile strength greater than 1.2Kgf / mm2;
(2) has good weather resistance (-30 ℃ ~ 105 ℃);
(3) have a good softness (hardness 80-90);
(4) having a non-metastatic (Because this product formulations without the addition of plasticizers, so there will be no shift pleomorphic);
(5) does not produce toxic smoke when burned (will produce a small amount of white smoke);
(6) has a higher volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012 ~ 1015Ω / cm3, is greater than the wire halogen 1016Ω / cm3;
(7) has a good high voltage characteristics: PVC wire and generally resistant to more than 10KV, 15KV and low smoke zero halogen wire up above;
(8) has a good elasticity and viscosity.

 

2. Storage and transport

Cable in storage, packaging specification should avoid prolonged outdoor exposure to sunlight, a reliable seal both ends of the head, does not allow long-term storage in moist environments and cable tray is not flat. Transport should consider the fixed plate high and effective, does not allow several dishes at the same time lifting when lifting, pushing down from above is strictly prohibited.

Package:

1. Export wooden drum, wooden iron drum and other export standard package

2. Each Drum 100m or depending on customized.

3. Then pack by plastic kitting bag or plastic film.

4. Fixed with plank or board.
