Used as power and connecting cables in mechanical engineering for tooling machinery, control unit, production lines, transportation equipment, conveyor and assembly lines as well as in plant construction under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.

 

 

Features 

 

1.Direct-current resistance:20℃, 0.4mmcopper wire,less than or equal to148Ω/km ,0.5mm copper wire, less than or equal to 95Ω/km.

2. Insulation dielectric strength:Between the conductors, there is No breakdown within 1min 1kv, Conductor and shield  will not be broken within1min 3kv.

3. insulation resistance:Each conductor and the rest of the grounding line core, control cable is more than 10000 m Ω. Km, more than 3000 m Ω HYAT cable. km.

4.Operating capacitance:average value is  52±2nF/km

5. far-end crosstalk ratio:150 KHZ specified when the combination of the average power is greater than 69 db/km.

The long-term working temperature of the conductor wire core is from 70 ℃ to 95 ℃, while the  laying temperature is not lower than 0 ℃

The permissible bending radius of the cable as below:

No-armored cable should be not less than 6 times of cable diameter;

Armored or copper tape screened cable should be not less than 12 times of cable diameter;

Shielding flexible cable, not less than 6 times of cable diameter

Control cable refers to equipment instrument power/signal control
