1. The cross-linkage XLPE insulated and corrugated aluminum wrapper waterproof PVC sheathed power cable. Suitable for damp areas and the places with a lower underground water level and to be used underground, in tunnels or pipes. Such cables bear a bigger pulling force and pressure.
2. The cross-linkage XLPE insulated and corrugated aluminum wrapper waterproof PE sheathed power cable.Suitable for the places with a higher underground water level and to be used underground, in the tunnels or pipes. Such cables bear a bigger pulling force and pressure.
Construction:
Conductor(copper or aluminium) – conductor screen of semiconducting compound – insulation of cross-linked polyethylen (XLPE) – screen of semiconducting compound – semiconducting swellable tape – screen of copper tape or copper wires+copper tape – separation tape -( PVC inner bedding – metal armour ) – PVC or PE sheath.
*Low smoke Halogen free fire resistant or flame retardant material is available.

Installation
This cable can be installed in duct, tray or direct burial. It is recommended that the installation instructions indicated by the Local Electric Code, or any equivalent, be followed,so that the safeguarding of persons and the integrity of the product will not be affected by eciencies in the installation.
The products are mainly complying with IEC 60502 standard, also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS standard, DIN standard, ASTM standard, etc.
Voltage grade is up to 35kv, cross-section area can be up to 400 sqmm (copper or aluminiun conductor). Conductor long-time operating temperature is 90 degrees. In short circuit, conductor highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees.
