1. Applications
Primarily used for overhead service applications such as street lighting , outerdoor lighting , and temporary service for construction. To be used at votages of 600 V phase -to -phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75ºC for Polyethylene insulated conductors or 90ºC for crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated conductors .
2. The basic construction
4 power cores consisting of standard aluminium conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation and one messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered). The messenger conductor can be of galvanised steel wire also .
3.It meets or exceeds the following specifications:
Aluminium Wire , 1350-H19 for Electrical Purpose
Aluminium Conductors , Concentric -Lay-Stranded
Aluminium Conductors , Concentric -Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced(ACSR)
Concentric -Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors
It meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474
