1. Description

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cable not only has excellent electric, mechanical properties, but also powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heat aging and environmental stress. Its structure is simple. The long term operating temperature is 90degree. It is convenient to use and can be laid with no restriction of different level.

Cable structure: Copper or Aluminium or Aluminium Alloy conductor ,conductor diameter 19.7–21.6mm, semi-conducting conductor shield 0.6mm, XLPE insulation 2.8mm , semi-conducting insulation shield 0.7mm , copper tape screen, PVC or PE or HDPE outer jacket  thickness 2.0mm. 

2. Application

For laying indoor, tunnel, underground and canal. Unable to bear external mechanical pulling force and pressure during laid.

3. Manufacture standard

Manufactured according to IEC60502 , ICEA S-93-639 , ICEA-S-66-524, BS6622 , or other international standard.We have the capacity to design and produce all kinds of wires and cables according to your special requirements(supplying OEM service).
