Insulation
XLPE is used for the insulation which thickness shall meet the requirement in Table below. Average thickness value is no less than nominal value. Minimum thickness of overall insulation is no less than 90%-0.1mm of nominal value. For core identification, adding red, yellow, blue colored yarns along with the insulation screen.
Insulation screen
The insulation screen takes semi-conductive extruded layers + semi-conductive wrapping layers + copper tape. After removal of semi-conductive extruded screen layers, surface of insulation shall be not damaged and without any remains left.
Sheath
Outer sheath use black PVC material with flame-retardant, sunlight prevented, grease-proof properties, and its nominal thickness should meet the requirement in Table. Average thickness value is no less than nominal value. Minimum thickness of overall insulation is no less than 85%-0.2mm of nominal value.
