11kv XLPE insulation electric power cable price 

1. Application:

11kv XLPE insulation electric power cable can be used for laying indoor, tunnel, underground and canal.

 Armoured and unarmoured are both supplied. Price is competitive.

2. Performance Characteristics:

  The max conductor temperature for XLPE insulation is 90 degree;

  Short circuit(not more than 5s) is 250 degree for the max temperature of conductor;

  The sheath of PVC ST1 for continous work is 80 degree; fot the ST2 is 90 degree;

   The sheath of PE ST3 is 80 degree; ST7 is 90 degree.; For the low smoke zero halogen(LSZH) is 85 degree.

3. Constructure:

Conductor: the conductor is the style 1 or 2 of IEC 60228, the bare annealed copper wire or metallized                               annealed copper wire, or bare aluminium wire or aluminium alloy wire; or the style 5 for  11kv XLPE insulation electric power cable price;

conductor screen: semi-conductor material;

Insulation material: thermoset material, XLPE ( crosslinked polyethylene)  max condutor temperature 90C.

Insulation screen: both unmetallic material layer ( semi-conductor) and metallic material layer are needed.

inner covering and filler: for the 11kv powe cable , the extruding and wrapping can both be used for inner covering layer.

                                      if it's multi-core cable, it need to be filled full before wrapping;

                                      The binder tape can be used before extruded inner covering layer.

Metallic layer: the metallic layer can be optional for the 11kv electric power cable

Metallic armour: The round or steel/aluminium wire or tape can all be used for armouring layer according to different application.
