1.Product Description

Overhead insulated cable may be installed in the streets with dense trees close to the buildings,site of urban construction and lead to transformer.Using this cable,it is unnecessary to prune the branches,so that reduce the across and parallel distance of the cable.It is convenient to install.It can reduce accidents of electric shock and power failure causing by circuit troubles.To guarantee supplying of electric power for industry production and resident’s safety.It is especially suitable for an old city,which has densely buildings,densely population and narrow streets.

NFC 33-209 IEC61089, BS215, ASTMB232, CSA C49, DIN48204, JIS C3110, and customers’ special Specifications

3.Structure

Conductor:

The conductor should have a circular cross section. Conductors should be stranded conductors, except for test lines, which have solid conductors.

Insulation:

Insulation should be black Extruded Crosslinked Polyethylene (other colors as required by customers). Insulation should be easily stripped.
For the middle line of the sling, conductor should be wrapped around wrapping tape.
For other conductors (phase line, public lighting line and test line), isolation layer is selected. However, if the isolation layer is adopted, it should be coloured and all conductors of the same nominal cross section in the wire bundle should be the same.
