• Q: Is your company a factory or trading company?

  A: We are factory with our own trading company. Our trade business expands home and abroad.

• Q: When can I get the price?

  A:We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

• Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

  A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Sample is free, but the freight charge should be paid.

• Q: What is Minimum Order Quantity?

  A: Generally, 1000 meters for building wire. For power cable, armored or unarmored, 500 meters.

• Q: Which standards for your products?

  A: We can produce wire and cable according to international standards: IEC, ASTM, BS, DIN, SANS, CSA or as customers’ requirement.

• Q: How about delivery time?

  A: If we have stock, delivery would be very quick. For the newly-produced products, 15 to 25 days for production.

• Q: Payment terms:

  A: Normally 30% paid as prepayment, balance paid before delivery. Or 100% L/C at sight

• Q: What is your packing?

  A: Our electrical cable is using electrical cable wheel for the packing, the wheel can be all steel, steel frame and fumigated wood, or fumigated wooden cases. We are using different packing for different length of the cable, to ensure there will be no problem during the delivery of the products.
