 Application: flex electric cord is usually very flexible and soft,  used for the plug cord.

 

Reference standard:BS, DIN, IEC, ASTM, GOST, JIS, CAS and so on

 

Construction: thin strands copper conductor;  PVC insulated, without shealth and armored, single or multi core

 

Voltage: rated voltage is 450/750V

 

The Service Characteristic:

 

The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 70 centigrade

When core is in short-circuit(max 5s) the temperature should not be exceed 160 centigrade

While installation the ambient temperature  should not be lower than 0 centigrade

The bending radius should not be less than: (D is outer diameter cable)

(1) single-core cables:  20D

(2) multi-core cable: 15D
